The presence of Christ in our darkest times should give us boldness and confidence. The whole passage is about peace in the midst of the storms, the threats in our lives. Francis Chan relates the miraculous experiences he has had with God when God would lead him to do the impossible and then provide supernaturally to meet those needs.
