God is closer than we think… even when we try to keep Him at arm’s length. After five failed marriages, the woman at the well isolates herself from God and everyone else rather than risk rejection. Based on her core beliefs, the Samaritan woman knows that God will send a Messiah who will be her connection to God. She just doesn’t know God will send Himself… but He does.
