Christ modeled humility for us by laying aside His heavenly glory, living on earth and dying for our sins. There are several ways we can model His example in selflessly serving others. Another essential aspect of humility is humbling ourselves before God. The natural outgrowth of worshipping in God’s presence is seeing the needs of others and helping them with compassion.
