“Choose Your Own Adventure” part three encourages us to not be mastered by sin, but instead to master it. We must tell ourselves the truth, change our focus and fight for, not against God. This whole story in Genesis 4 is about turning to God… being a lover of God… God is the one who brings true freedom.
