Pete Briscoe

Pete Briscoe, son of Dr. Stuart and Jill Briscoe, was born in England but grew up under his father’s ministry in Milwaukee. While getting his Masters of Divinity degree at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL, Pete had a professor tell him that it was “a sin to bore people with the Bible.” He has taken that to heart as he has served since 1992 as senior pastor of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship, a dynamic mega-church in Dallas, Texas. He also joins his parents in a well-known media ministry called "Telling the Truth." Telling the Truth, the Bible teaching ministry of Stuart, Jill, and Pete Briscoe, exists to use all forms of media to preach Christ to the nations through the clear, expositional teaching of God's Word, so that people might come to know Him – the only Way, the only Truth, and the only Life – and experience the Life of Christ in all its fullness. Telling the Truth's daily half-hour radio program can be heard on nearly 500 radio outlets worldwide. Pete and his wife, Libby, have three children.
