The Greek word for “royal” translates as “support of/to the people”. It’s a title of service and humility. Not how we typically think of royalty. This is then tied to the idea of priesthood. The priests care for the relationship between God and the people. The priest assures the people that God is with them. The priest grasps the destructiveness, and he brokenness of sin, and at the same time the beauty, healing and depth of grace.

Seth Kreimeyer-Kelly, a native of Tucson, Arizona, has been a part of the Casas Church community since he was in fifth grade. He served as a middle-school ministries director since 2001 and now serves as an adult ministries pastor. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona in Religious Studies, and holds a Master of Divinity degree from Golden Gate Theological Seminary in Mill Valley, California. .
Pastor Kreimeyer-Kelly lends a unique perspective to his teaching because of his background in comparative religions and world history. His teaching style is direct, but also compassionate and relational. His outside interests are soccer and golf, and his beautiful wife Ariane works with the Global Outreach Ministry at Casas Church. They have two sons, Maxuel and Oskar.
