As Senior Associate Pastor of Arts and Administration, Don oversees Stonebriar's Worship and Music Ministries, which includes Sunday worship, adult choral and instrumental groups, children's choirs, special concerts, sound and lighting, and the sermon-CD program. Additionally, Don manages the business operations of Stonebriar, which include Human Resources, Database Operations, Finance, Information Technology, and Building Management. A Dallas native, Don attended the University of Texas in Austin for his undergraduate degree and attained his doctoral degree from the University of North Texas in Denton. In addition to his service to the church, Don has been involved in family counseling and leadership training, as well as creating his own ministry. He and his wife, Mary, have two grown daughters. Don earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, Austin and a Master's and Ph.D. from the University of North Texas. His doctoral dissertation was in the area of Strategic Planning.
