Why Should I Pray?

Believers pray understanding there is one True God who is personal, living and hears their prayers, who is caring and involved in their lives, and who wants to have the same intimacy with us that He does with His Son, Jesus.

He is an adult Bible Study curriculum specialist, having developed and authored several curricula, as well as books and magazine articles. Dr. Wilkinson has done post graduate work in business and education, and is a certified Christian counselor. He also served in senior management roles, including being CEO of an executive search/organizational development company in Houston, Texas. Jerry is married to Lana and they have two children and five precious grandchildren.
