Life change can only occur in the context of forgiveness and mercy. Jesus’ parable of the ungrateful servant shows us how much we need to extend grace to those who have wronged us. When we understand the depth of God’s forgiveness for our transgressions, we can begin to forgive the offenses we suffer.
Pastor Tim Bourne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Henderson State University and a Master's of Divinity degree from Texas Baptist Seminary. He has pastored two churches during his career: Holly Creek Baptist Church, Dierks Arkansas, and Genesis Metro Church in Frisco, Texas. Genesis Metro Church is a fast-growing suburban church plant with excellent preaching and powerful emerging worship. Tim is passionate about evangelism, church planting, leadership, and creativity. They now have three incredible sons: Jordan, Titus and Silas. Because Carrie serves as Women's Pastor at GM, they are blessed to live out their dreams hand-in-hand each day in ministry.
